Objective: Documentation is a key means of conveying information from one person or company to another, and also serves as permanent proof of tasks and actions undertaken throughout the export process. Minor discrepancies of any kind either in the date itself or any typing error in the document which looks harmless might proves costly. If the documents are not the correct ones and not filled properly the importers may not be able to get the goods when the ship carrying them arrives

Mrs. Swarn Lata, who is an MBA (Marketing + Finance) and PGD in Human Resource Management. She shares her rich and varied experience of 12 years in International trade. She has worked on all the aspects related to export and import, documentation, DGFT, logistics, custom-clearance, international marketing, planning and procurement. She has held many seminars as a faculty on key subjects. Her ability to interpret and explain the concepts stands her in good stead.
